Providence Health & Services Supervisor Office In-Home Services in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling an Supervisor Office - In Home Services (Administration, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE ) to Providence Home Health Care in Anchorage, Alaska.

In this position you will:
Oversee Medicare and commercial insurance billing data input.
Coordinate with the In-Home Services Finance Manager and Regional Financial Services regarding collections and accounts management activities as assigned.
Review, and prepare for payment DME, pharmacy and other invoices as assigned.
Coordinate inventory control, ordering, and tracking of office equipment and supplies, as well as patient care supplies. .
Oversee the daily office and administrative operations for In-Home Services.
Organize the daily work and production schedules for all shifts to assure proper staffing and work allocations at all times, arranging for coverage for all scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Responsible for the daily management of assigned staff, including the hiring, evaluation and mentoring process. .
Establish and maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems for department records, delegating tasks to administrative assistant staff as appropriate.
Establish and maintains regular, timely, and accurate communication within the In- Home Services team and other entities.
Organize and expedite all office support functions related to admissions and discharges such as start-of-care packets, and insurance verifications.
Act as office liaison for all telecommunication support personnel and vendors.
Assist with department specific projects as requested. Researches, collects, assemble, and/or monitors data and statistics, as required. Completes a variety of computer -based tasks using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED
5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Have an experience in healthcare accounting.
