Providence Health & Services Regional eICU and Telemetry Technology Account Manager in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Regional eICU and Telemetry Technology Account Manager to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. This is full-time day shift.

In this position you will:
Define and organize user system requirements for automating and/or replacing information systems in specific application areas.
Identify, analyze, design, test, and implement improvements to existing information systems and associated procedures.
Coordinate with EICU/Telemetry management, MIS department, software and hardware vendors and users to satisfy system requirements, and organizes installation and support.
Conduct meetings with all levels of staff and management to address and resolve issues and procedures associated with information system installations and support.
Act as a resource for EICU/Telemetry applications and design questions for all existing and proposed EICU/Telemetry technology delivery.
Consult and provide recommendations to staff and management on system design issues.
Investigate, resolve and perform follow up tasks on system and related problems.
Assist in technology feasibility studies.
Document the departmental workflow, system decisions, system designs and procedures.
Advise staff on the procedures and operations of new or revised systems and applications.
Analyze and design administrative and application report requests using reporting tools and database structures.
Maintain working knowledge of departmental functions.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent education/experience
5 years progressively responsible analyst experience in a healthcare environment working with clinical and healthcare business systems
Demonstrated expertise in many computer software programs such as electronic spreadsheets, database applications and communication software
