Providence Health & Services Project Coordinator - Family Medicine Center in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Project Coordinator (Family Medicine Center , Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Physician Service Organization in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Participate in meetings and coordinates the attendance of effected parties to ensure major and minor issues are addressed prior to project completion
Develop, maintains and tracks project budgets
Create and maintain accurate, organized, and complete project files to include all documents required to sustain internal, local, state, and federal regulatory compliance
Assist in preparation of monthly reports for projects as required
Serve on various committees, and presents information on department reports as appropriate
Coordinate, attend, and participates in various meetings as well as prepares, maintains, updates, and distributes associated materials and minutes
Maintain list of all projects, assure projects are completed timely, and assure accuracy of final product
Develop and maintains Administrative Policies and Procedures and Safety Policies & Procedures as assigned
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Three (3) years of experience in a health, business or administrative field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree -or- Graduate of accredited healthcare program
