Providence Health & Services Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Services - Rehab Therapy Admin in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Services to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. This is full-time day shift.

In this position you will:
Recruit, hire, train and Practice Support Specialists, Rehab Support Specialists, Aides, Physical Therapist Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Lead Therapists and Rehab Supervisors.
Provide clinical care and role model the department practice model.
Collaborate with and supports both marketing of services and fundraising efforts of Providence Alaska Medical Center and outpatient therapies.
Participate in the development, planning, marketing, implementation and evaluation of new programs and services across the system related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology Outpatient Clinics, outpatient therapy services provided at PAMC in the ED, Pediatric Therapies, through PMG, and within PAMC inpatient units.
Serve as a resource for optimizing physical, cognitive, and communication skills throughout PAMC.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or related field
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire
3 years experience in program development and program evaluation
5 years clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty
5 years supervisory experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or related field
3 years experience in a hospital setting
3 years outpatient experience
