We are seeking an enthusiastic Analytics Manager who will champion this cause through thoughtful insights related to members and future members.
U nderstand and appreciate Providence Health Plan business drivers, objectives and metrics in assigned area(s) of responsibilities.
Develop strong rapport and establish professional credibility and a collaborative relationship with cross-functional business partners and senior leaders in the department.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a matrixed organization.
Be curious about the results & willing to go the extra mile to understand and extrapolate based on what the analytics story is telling.
Flexibility & the ability to work in an environment that embraces changes and pivots to meet new priorities.
Seek out product and marketing business problems to solve utilizing an analytics lens.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product and marketing analytics reporting and processes.
Engage product & business owners to understand needs and to identify, recommend and execute an appropriate analysis.
Create and maintain dashboards that are insightful and actionable.
Be a key voice and driver in the implementation and integration of new product and marketing stack technologies.
Work cross-functionally with sales to assist and/or build improved lead management processes.
Manage requests for data extraction and modification across product and marketing.
Manage or assist with go-to-market activities related to analytics.
Work closely with media agency partners on various projects and activities related to marketing campaign launch, optimization, and data storytelling.
Develop processes to automate and scale insights and operationalize wherever possible.
In advance of large marketing campaigns help the team set KPIs and success metrics.
Perform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members.
Glean actionable insights for everything from website performance to portals to marketing campaigns.
Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partners.
Manage tag management and tracking.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Technology or 5 years practical on the job experience with developing tagging strategy, execution and results
5 years analytics experience with an emphasis on digital products
2 years experience with web analytics platforms
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
2 years of experience with tag management tools
2 years of experience with CRM and marketing automation technologies
