Providence Health & Services Administrative Coordinator, Outpatient Chemical Dependency *0.5 FTE* in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling an Coordinator Administrative (Outpatient Chemical Dep, Variable, 0.5 FTE) to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Coordinate and track a variety of department projects and programs. Collect, organize and compile various project and program data. Use data to develop reports and communicates results.
Provide direct reception support to visitors and assists with registration, verification, etc.
Coordinate and oversee Office operations, i.e., phones, visitors, scheduling, filing, UR, etc.
Perform various accounting activities, i.e., billing, adjustments, posting, etc.
Provide leadership to administrative staff. Communicates work expectations and coordinates daily workload.
Responsible for the maintenance and ongoing coordination of the Designated Record Set for the Breakthrough program.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of experience in managing office administrative functions and projects
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Coursework/Training in Medical Assistant Specialist
