Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Clinical Resource Program Coordinator PSJH to our location in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Clinical Resource Program Coordinator PSJH to be responsible for all aspects of the new product request (NPR) process. This position will be tasked with assessing product function and cost of new and existing technology, reviewing/analyzing new product or product change requests, coordinating trials and evaluations and communicating final decisions through product approval councils. Assists in the execution of identified opportunities for product standardization, product substitution, and the implementation of practices that are designed to reduce the cost of care while maintaining or improving quality.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities :
Ensure all aspects of the NPR process are coordinated, completed, and documented according to established procedures and timelines.
Calculate and communicate financial impact of all requests and recommends cost effective/contractual alternatives.
Design and disseminate communication tools for Technical Councils, Resource Councils, and other groups assigned for the efficient and effective communication of Clinical Resource Integration activities, i.e.; agendas, PowerPoint presentations, cross reference grids, visual guides, and other correspondence.
Research and answer NPR and other CRI project related questions for caregivers in the field escalating to the director level when needed.
Serve as project manager for certain large and complex projects as assigned by CRI Director.
Function independently to identify and investigate problems and opportunities by demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills.
Escalate and track issues including resource requirements and interdependencies as needed.
Collaborate on Conversion/Implementation planning and execution making recommendations on the course of action and completing any assigned tasks by the Director to meet the project deadline.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years related experience with supporting project management; experience supporting strategic plans for complex initiatives; experience with strategy development and/or program management
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent educ/experience
3 years experience in large project management in a healthcare setting
